The pendulous pink noses and potbellies of the adult males reminded locals of Europeans, and this gave them their local name of Orang Belanda, or Ducthman. In Brunei we call them, Bangkatan.

Explanations on Nipah palm and Mangrove forest will be given and an opportunity to witness other wildlife in the area.Great White Egrets and King Fishers are commonly seen. We may be lucky enough to encounter a Salt-water Crocodile or Monitor lizard. Other mammals include flying foxes, and long tail macaques.
